Give Change That Counts through the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless helps support local Day Centers through funding and coordination of goods and services. These Day Centers provide basic daytime needs such as food, clothing, referrals, access to resources, and supportive services and would not be possible without generous donations from the community to help fund and support.
